Thanks Tnavi -- I guess you are saying that if there is no retracement, do not place a trade? So when the price line first comes out of the cloud, do not trade until it has retraced & then continued away from the cloud, is this right? Thank you
No larfa, when the ema crossed the cloud, u must to enter buying or selling...but sometimes, if price is very excited and the candle is very large, is best to wait to the possible retracement.

Whats your rule? How big is the candle that you wait with a retracement and how big is it when you enter straight away? Or is it just a gut feeling?

ReplyDeleteits only the sentiment that u feel in the market.
if the candle that break the cloud is very big and the price moves very quickly, is better to wait.
